We have contacted Bear rep on November 4th and November 8th voicing our concerns about the number of inground pest bait stations that we were given. We have been using HomeTeam Pest Control for 6 years. They had 31 bait stations around our home and now Bear has only installed 9 bait stations around our entire home. That is totally unacceptable, and I explained that if Bear will not install 31 bait stations, we will not continue service. We were promised twice that someone would be contacting us about this situation, but we have not heard anything. Jim Frost.
