We bought our home in July 2015, it sits on a heavily wooded lot (i.e. all manner of insects wildlife would love to come inside and/or hang out around the decks.) When we moved in - the house had been vacant since the prior fall -- and there were plenty of dead bugs evident and new ones coming in during our first couple of weeks.
