I have both services lawn care and pest control. Have not seen a bug and the service is quarterly. Which is great since I hate bugs. Lawn spray is pretty good. Palm trees need a bit more attention. They came and gave me a free spray. Only reason not a 5 is customer service is horrible on call backs and payments.
