We were very happy with all our contacts with this company. They returned our initial calls which many companies do not do. We were able to set up an appointment for them to visit our home in a relatively short time frame. The gentleman who came was knowledgeable, helpful, polite and a very nice guy. He provided us with information and costs for the job they would do for us. After thinking about it, we called back to schedule them to come to our house for treatment. We did have to wait as they were busy, but we got a firm date and they came just as they promised. The men who came did a super job, they were here most of the day and were very helpful in explaining what they would do and where we had a problem. I couldn't have asked for more.
