The technicians are very knowledgeable and helpful in providing tips to alleviate the bug problem. The quarterly billing makes it more affordable, but a bit of confusion regarding customer notification. Pest control showed up at the residence without any knowledge of the appointment, as the notification to the customer failed. All in all, very good service.
