We have terminated the contract. We called Chuck because of multiple issues and he never called back. Apparently went on vacation and didn't tell anyone we had an urgent wasp issue. Then he showed up yesterday with no one to help him with climbing up on the roof
Plus we have mice and ants. Nothing proactive about the service at all.
