For the price I paid, we didn’t trap anything during the week. The weather was horrible that week, so I was surprised to see that they came. To me it seems like the bait would wash away and they should have delayed due to bad weather. I called the office last week and they said someone would call me back within 24 hours. It has been 1 week and no one has called. Called again today they told me a call back within an hour which was more than 5 hours ago. The technician who came out was great, but I feel ignored especially considering the $$$ I paid.
