Im monthly auto pay and of course you billed me again and for the wrong amount at that. You state you are open until 8 but I called same day at 6 and had to leave a VM bc I knew you would charge me, which u did. Then you call back the following morning and try to blame the issues on a computer error then get argumentative about what you charged me as you state you are looking at my account. When I ask you to verify my acct info, you literally read me someone else’s email. I mean seriously. With this kind of service, good luck competing in an industry with substantial competition.
