Very unhappy that Fred never rang door bell when he was over like I have requested many times, and came over without speaking to me personally - he just left a message on my answering machine that he would be over in the morning - did not leave a specific window of time. Came over with a weather forecast of 80% prediction of rain.

I have requested many times not to come over with a rain forecast. My neighbors and the security guard informed me it was raining at 8 AM when Fred was over. The ground and landscape was very wet. I would appreciate my requests would be honored. Namely: speak to me personally before service, ring door bell, and never service when raining.
Fred is very polite and pleasant - just has to respect my requests in the future.
My three year old dog (who is an excellent watch dog) and I were up and waiting in the front room at 7 AM (since I have had technicians come over that early in the past). We never heard Fred knock. He definitely did not ring the door bell as I have requested many times. I was reading. The TV and radio were not on. I have very good hearing.

Fred needs to read and honor my requests before he services my property in the future. I was up at 7 AM waiting for Fred because I was very concerned about many issues with my property's landscape and wanted him to address them.

Ignoring me requests has happened many times before. Very displeased with this.
