The same inspector has come to my house every year for many years. He is very thorough and leaves a complete report. A family member also has a house in Green Valley. He receives the same complete inspection. Only once have I seen termite tunnels at my house and that house. They have come the next day and taken care of the problem. I have not seen termite tunnels where they have been addressed.
