All your technicians should be wearing masks when they enter a home during this pandemic. Also, how about booties for their shoes? I do not allow any of my friends or family to wear shoes in my house and I certainly don't want work boots on my bedroom carpets. I am not happy with your lack of precautions or your disregard for my safety and health!
