I'm very satisfied with the technicians who showed up at my house.Polite courteous & professuonal.Now I will say I don't know if they went under my house in the crawlspace though.I could've jus not heard them go under there cus the trap door makes a lot of noise when u open & close it.So don't hold them to it until other techs come out to check behind them.aim paying too much money not to have everything that I am paying for to keep unwanted rodent away .Other than that very satisfied customer.
