The new insulation that you installed a few Years ago is falling out again ( 3rd time ), Both times you sent someone by with a handful of Tiger Claws to lift the falling insulation up.
Robert said he would let someone there know and guaranteed that the insulation would be installed correctly. I have spent quite a bit of Money on upgrades from Home Paramount [ treatments, moisture barriers, automatic crawlspace vents and new insulation ], and all were done poorly by Home Paramount employees.

Robert arrived within the appointment window and as far as I can tell he did a thorough inspection.
