Had their lawn pest/fertilization services for about a year. Lawn looked progressively worse and I suspected something was wrong when the rep told me I needed my lawn replaced. When I pointed out an invasive grass, they told me it was how the St. Augustine grows. After research on my own, nope! I had Alexander grass invading everywhere and choking my lawn out. I fired these yoyos and got a lawn company that almost has my grass back to normal after A YEAR. I am still plagued with Alexander grass in my flower beds, but I am slowly winning the battle. Honestly, I would sue this company, but it's not worth my time and energy. I'd love for them to come out every day and dig the Alexander grass springs out of my flower beds like I do! That would be better torture.
