I have used Pest Detector every since we bought our house in Groveland FL. My first contact was with Katrina who was very helpful and friendly. They guarantee your house to be pest free. I have to say they have stood by this guarantee. Every time we have seen a bug in house it has been dead and if we found one in the house that was alive we would contact them and they would come out within 24hrs to check things out and would treat the problem.
