The annual termite inspection and maintenance is fine but the quarterly maintenance is excessive. In the most recent case it was performed just prior to a heavy rain making any exterior chemical application rather useless. When I tried to cancel the contract I was told I could stop the visits but still had to pay for the remaining service even though I would not receive it. That stinks.
