Will was able to come out the same day to take care of our yellow jacket issue. Upon talking with us about recent stings, he asked to check our garden too. His suspicions were correct. He discovered another hive in the garden and took care of it for us. If he hadn't listened to our comments we never would have found the 2nd problem until later and would have had to call him back. He is truly a professional. Neat, friendly and thorough.
