I was more than pleased with the quick response to a request for service from J.P. McHale Pest Management. A service rep was on site the same day as the request. My first contact with the main office was very pleasant, professional and all details of the service contract were explained very clearly.
The service rep arrived during the time scheduled for his visit. He was pleasant, efficient, thorough and explained what he had found to be the problem and how they would solve it.
