Only giving a one star because customer service is horrible! No one answers the phone or responds to voice mail or email messages. Had an email at 3:00 am stating my service will be that day. No one called me to schedule. They no longer do the inside of the house but charge a higher fee to treat the outside for pests. I still have bugs inside. I am Thinking about changing to Terminx since they treat the inside and the outside for less money. They also answer the phone when you call.
