Edwin and Colleen were very helpful with our dry rot and termite condition on our house. We have been using Signature for many years at our apartment building and since we were moving from our house to central California, we had Signature inspect our house and make all the repairs. Edwin inspected the house and gave us a very fair and reasonable estimate, which they just completed last week. (March 2018) They will continue to service our apartment building. Thank you.
