I have had Rose for over 15 years, I live on over 2 acres that is surrounded by forest preserve. Professional staff in the office schedules me for service every 3 months.They have always been prompt for appointments and accommodating if needing to reschedule. I have had some different servicemen for my service over the years and they have all been professional and courteous. One time in all these years I had some problems with mice, one call was place and Rose sent my service guy to my house within a couple of days to take care of the issue.
