Your servicemen need to remove their shoes before entering a home or at least give them booties to put on over them, this should be your policy. I found dirt on my rug on my porch after he left so I know he got it on my carpet....after all he did other homes on the outside before he came here. I had just swept my porch and rug before he came.
We should not have to ask him to do this, you need to require this.
Other then this it was good. I only gave him a 3 because of the dirt being brought into my home.
