I have always liked your service until Oct. We had been on vacation, returned to catastrophes at home and were solving those. Then received a bill from YP, I had not sceduled an appt yet. I called and was told if I hadn't scheduled by mid month,my property would be treated without an appt. I said no, I didn't schedule service yet and besides my backyard wasn't treated as the gates are locked. The person on the phone informed me the gates must have been unlocked that day. REALLY? I said no, they are 6ft high with padlocks.I said I wasn't going to pay for something I didn't request, or receive. She said "oh yes you will pay and blah, blah, blah". This is the rudest person I have ever spoken to at Yuma Pest. At the end of our conversation she said" would you like to schedule a treatment, at no extra charge"? I said yes I would and if this ever happens again I will have to go elsewhere. Sharon Kesner.
