I saw a 6 foot snake in my house and called around to try to find someone to come and find it and remove it. The other companies were not able to come on short notice, but Premier responded to my inquiry got someone to my house the same afternoon. They were not able to locate the snake thus told me I did not owe them anything. They had driven over an hour to my home, spent over an hour trying to find the snake and were not going to charge me. I had them go ahead and treat the house for pests including snakes and do a termite inspection. I have now signed a contract for a years service and termite service and the charge for this treatment is being applied to the Pest Control Service Agreement. Brian was very kind and knowledgeable and did not pressure me into have any service done and this made me feel like I could trust this company and what they said.
