I am happy with the month to month service. The technicians are polite and do a good job and I like that I can call and have a repeat of service if problems arise at no extra cost. I was unhappy when I requested to be present for the redbaiting of the termite system and was not notified when the technician came out. I wanted to see for myself what was going on in those traps. I hope this is not going to happen next time.
