They are very communicative before the appointment. Driver was running late due to crazy Chicago traffic and Chris went above and beyond to keep me up to date with his timing. Really friendly guy (Carlos) came to do all 3 units in our building. We'll keep using them 2x/year for preventative services. Service was $255 for all 3 units in building ($85 per apartment).
