We are not satisfied. You cannot seem to get anything right. You have missed appointments. You have showed up without confirming appointments even though you have it in your invoices "confirm appointments"!.
Now you are billing us for service that we did not request or confirm. Now we received a bill after you said you would take it off our bill invoice 4164238. Please issue a credit. We are sorry you bought out Eagle. They did a good job and were very easy to work with. You should follow their model.
