The positive: my regular service, getting sprayed for ants -- the technician, Bernard G., is a true gentleman. Very helpful. I very much appreciate his efforts. The negative: at the very beginning of the pandemic, I accepted an offer from Home Paramount inspector to visit my home and do an "audit" of the services I currently receive from Home Paramount. Once at my home, he did no auditing of my current services -- it was a whole scare/sales ploy for me to spend an extra $1,000+ to add termite service to my home. He ended my visit by giving me Christian wishes to "have a blessed day" -- which I as a non-Christian I don't appreciate, and which is poor business practice regardless. I complained to Home Paramount; someone claiming to be the Home Paramount's inspector emailed me in reply; I replied to his email and have not heard or seen anything from Home Paramount about it since. I'm seriously considering severing my ties to Home Paramount -- even though I actually could benefit from termite protection. Home Paramount is the kind of company that, at the very beginning of a pandemic, will visit you where you live and try to scare you about risks to your health and home, just to get more of your money. I certainly don't recommend this company for anyone.
