I was presented with a $99 a month quote as the "platinum level" and the lowest level I could purchase to keep my house rat free. When I said, yes, I was then told I would have to pay "$600 for the first 3 months" due to "the level of infestation" of rats in/around my house. I said yes because I was desperate to stop the chewing I heard the night before and trusted that they knew what needed to be done. One rat died the day after they were here, and there have been no more signs of activity. No rats caught in any of the traps they set. I feel like BugZapper took advantage of my distress. I wish I had gone with another company.
