Tech was not prepared to address the inside issues. Didn't have ladder or silver fish packets. He was Wollongong to use my ladder to check attic mouse traps. Asked him to have some follow up to reschedule the inside work. Also did not call 30 minutes before arrival as requested. He indicated he had completed the outside before I had returned to house.
