We used your service several months ago for carpenter ants. Most recently for what we thought was a re-infestation (because of sawdust and small wood chips we saw). Zach was here yesterday and conducted a thorough inspection and said what the wood chips & sawdust we were seeing was a result of the porcupine we had recently evicted from his home under the eves of the house, not a re-infestation of the ants. He showed us the claw marks and droppings from the porcupine(s) where they had climbed up the outside wall of the house to get under the eaves.
Zach brought his vacuum cleaner into the house and thoroughly cleaned up the sawdust and wiped down the logs. He was meticulous in what he did, down to making sure he took his boots off before entering the house.
He is very knowledgeable with a great personality, you should be proud of the fine employee you have in Zach!
We had ALTA Log Homes come and seal off the eves to keep the future porcupine home hunters out!
