We have had technicians out twice. In both cases, they were professional, friendly, and worked quickly. Their guarantee is real--we only sprayed the outside of our house the first time. When I called a couple of weeks later to say we had ants inside as well, they promptly came back and sprayed the inside (then resprayed the outside as well)--no charge for the second visit, as promised.
