I have used Russell's for years for the termite service. The service has been excellent. The technicians are timely for appointments, thorough in their inspection, answer homeowner questions both before and after the inspection, and provide feedback on the inspection. I just started the annual pest control service. The experience for the first inspection and treatment yielded all of the above excellent qualities as well. My experience with the office personnel has been exceptional as well. Great company and great work.
