We were home and awake. However, our drapes were closed. I did not hear the technician ring the doorbell, nor knock. We did want the technician to do the inside as we have noted spiders in the basement. Can you schedule a return visit to do the inside under the existing visitation contract. Or do we need to incur an additional charge for this.
Also, would it be possible to keep the same technician for more than three visits in a row?
