I am still having the same problem a week later. I tried contacting company and was on hold twice for longer than 15 minutes both times. I am still hearing mice and although they sprayed for insects, I am still seeing ants as soon as I step out the door. I am not satisfied as I believed my problems would be taken care of and a week later same thing.
