Scheduling needs to look at specifics for each client when they do the route for the techs. For years I have had the first stop of the day at 7am (because of my dogs). The past several visits, technicians have been scheduled at all different times, everything BUT 7am. Because I called the office at 8am this morning asking when the tech would be at my home since it was past 7am, they contacted Sal and he was able to come right away. It wasn't 7am, though. I've been told by numerous people at Corky's that my account clearly indicates I need to be the first call of the day. For some reason, scheduling neglects to notice this. Perhaps scheduling needs to be made aware of this....
