Very satisfied. We do not have very many bugs in our house. They take care of any concerns that i have, usually fire ants in the yard. Only concern is about taking care of spider webs around the house as I thought that was part of the agreement, sometimes it gets missed during a treatment. They have held up the agreement to solve termite damage, only happened once and was minor.
