I have had Spectrum for over a year now solved my problem right away. My complaint would be that I subscribed to the quarterly treatment and last November they tried to come early & we told them no it was too early. They have always called & we were home to oversee the work . Have noticed in the past that they use the same bait over again if I am paying a nice amount for them to come out for less than 30 minutes I want fresh bait in every trap. Now the last time they came & without being in touch with us and I happened to catch him before he left it was only 9 weeks that had passed not 12 weeks- TOO EARLY again. He missed 1 trap so he had to go back to get that 1 & I did not see if he changed the bait in the other traps & if there was activity in the others. The gentlemen told me there was activity in the other traps but the 1 he missed there was 1 little itty bitty nibble in the whole trap. ?? was there activity in the other traps want to see for myself. I instructed them to not come unless we are home & overlook the work & I do not want want them to come less than 12 weeks.
