Excellent service. Trouble with Indian Meal Moths got me to call. Had a few other companies come out and did not exhibit the same level of passion about getting rid of these things. They told me the "Finder" Bruce was going to come out. Well he did and I could not believe he was on his hands and knees crawling around looking for these critters. After getting to know him he advised he will NOT stop until he finds them. Outside of the right chemicals that kind of attitude and passion is the ONLY way to get rid of these things. Also, had some innovative ways to control like pheromone inhibitors which no one else even got close to suggesting BEFORE going to spraying. These guys CARE! The technician that came out was also very good and helpful. All dealings with the office and sales (Bill) have been pleasant and prompt. This company is a class act. Wasted money and time with a few others (Cooper for one)and just not happy. Cooper sent a nice "kid" over with a flashlight and after a 15-minute cursory look said "I see nothing that'll be $135.00"...crazy and wrong. Viking is the tops if you need an exterminator. Way to go guys. THESE GUYS CARE!
