I have been a Terminix customer for many years. Originally had a complete preventative termite treatment plan, moisture treatment plan, and eventually vapor barrier installation services.
Currently have contracts for termite inspection and dehumidifier inspection and service. Recently I had some issues with the dehumidifier. I would like to thank Tim Roland from Terminix for intervening to effect resolution of these issues and personal assurances in case of future issues.
