Long time customer - many years. They call a few days before coming so I can close windows to protect pets and move objects away from the house to make their access to the foundation easier. They are responsive when a situation comes up (hornet nest is discovered near a door). Multiple service plan options to fit customer needs. I've changed plans as needed over the years. Offer discount for returning customers if signed up by a certain date. They are careful about their applications; they don't spray willy nilly. They let me know if there are things I can do to decrease the potential for pests (ex: Cut branches back near air conditioner.) For the most part, the same technician comes each time, so they come to know the property. They're flexible with schedule so as not to show up to spray pesticides when I'm having a pool party. They return phone calls....
