Did not deliver on first treatment what was promised by sales representative, Justin. First treatment was supposed to include granular fertilizer of lawn, granular fertilizer of trees and shrub, spraying for weeds on lawn, pesticide spraying inside as well as outside with cleaning of dead bugs outside house walls and lanai area. Only thing done by tech was spraying of weeds. Called Justin same afternoon to report my dissatisfaction. He was apologetic and said he would call me next morning with corrections needed. I am still waiting for the phone call. Very dissatisfied thus far. Need someone to call me ASAP or I will be cancelling before next month payment.
