Was contacted by my sales Joey and told him I was not happy, was told he would be around to look at the problem. Waited home all day for him, never showed. Told Jeff my service tech, was told he would let management know and they would get in contacted, waited over 6 weeks for the call, never received it. Then told Jeff the lawn was getting worse when I saw him at me parents house. On his next visit there was a tag on the door that a manger would be in contact. Waited a week for a call that never came. When I called the number on the service ticket, I was told someone would be there the next day. I later received a call from a manger, in typical PestBear fashion wanted to push off the call til the next week. When I tried to explain to him this was just them pushing off the problem, he hung-up on me. When I called back to try and talk to him, he would not let me get in two words even telling me to "Shut my F (explicit language) mouth.
We will not do business with a company like this. I now have my HOA is now writing me letters about the condition of my lawn. This was after 3 PestBear treatments. When they were called to cancel service they had a do not care attitude.
