Joseph is professional. He always rings my doorbell to let me know when he has arrived. Since I know the date and approximate time when he is coming out, I have the traps cleaned and marked for him to find in advance. Joseph always ask me if I have had any bug problems since the last time he was out. I ask Joseph to ring my doorbell again before he leaves to give me a brief report of any findings.
