Very professional and polite technician. Suited up in special attire and I have full confidence he investigated every nook and cranny. He even found crawl spaces that we did not know existed in the house! He was very honest about what was and wasn't a real threat, which lead me to believe they are very trustworthy and arent just out to scare you into spending more. That was important. He provided an extremely detailed report, complete with photos to outline what he found and went over every detail with me - even asking to make sure I understood the diagram he had drawn up of the house. He came up with very good solutions to eliminate risks. Great experience for what it was. I felt like I came away with a very good idea of our situation, which is exactly what I was looking for. I already recommended the company to a friend who just purchased a house and is having a similar issue to ours.
