I have felt they have addressed the problem. We did have a follow-up after they sprayed for ants and bees and all continued until today. We have been stung several times since after spray they came in the house and no one told us what to expect. Also, we have not received follow-up emails, texts, or phone calls to check-in to see if they solved the problem.

I work with marketing people and touches are very important to the calls and repeat business. Since i was not informed as results of spraying I have not recommended yours through my neighborhood network which reaches over 1,200 house holds.
