I'm not sure of the date that Garella started helping our office. I've been here 18+ years and seems like you've been with us that entire time.
Tyler is a great Technician and gets right to work on his job. He always checks with me and asks if we've had any problems since his last call. Out of this entire time we've only had to call in for extra service once. I think that is a great record on your part in keeping us "bug free"!
