No, I was not satisfied with our service. We have been long-time clients and when we called in with a flying "gnat" issue, the person from Terminix said she knew exactly what bug we were talking about and would send someone out to treat it. When the technician arrived, he/she did not treat the problem but told us to stop watering our interior garden so much (we only water once per week). Well, we can't stop watering our garden and so it cost us $70 for no treatment and our gnat problem persists.
