Both the termite service and the lawn care was done on the same day by two different gentlemen. My son, who is 19 and home with a broken ankle, answered the door when they arrived. The termite person arrived first, rang the doorbell and was not exactly kind to my son and closed the door in his face. He did not explain anything to him just gave him paperwork and told him to sign it. The second person for lawn care rang the doorbell and was very kind to my son and explained what he was doing and that he would check back in when he was done. So far services have been ok other than the lawn care person left a note on the paperwork that he programmed the irrigation to run twice a week and we just figured out yesterday that it has been turned off.
