I am not totally happy with your service. When I bought your service I was told that around my front door and especially above the door that technicians would check for insects and spiders and webs etc each time and clean them away. So far...not once has anybody cleaned anything away except me. I also don't find your technicians very friendly. I also have mice in my house quite regularly - like now - so I'm wondering why I'm paying for a service to keep them out of my house when that doesn't seem to be working. I've been a customer for a while and at first highly recommended you but I'm not feeling that way inclined so much now.
